Description

Certificate of Merit presented by the Royal Canadian Legion to John Leroux in 2005. The document has a border consisting of a black vine and leaf element with the Canadian provincial crests in full colour spaced equally around the document. At the bottom centre of the border is a banner which reads, "ONTARIO COMMAND." The top of the document has a Royal Canadian Legion crest in colour.
