Description

Electrical insulator made from green-tinged glass; "Dominion 42," is written in raised letters near the base. On the other side of the base is the maker's mark in the shape of a diamond with a "D" inside it. This indicates it was manufactured by the Dominion Glass Co.

Context

The insulator was donated from Boyd's Farm a historic site within the Goulburn region since 1872.
