The artefact is a pamphlet copy of a Deed of Bargain and Sale between William Mann, his wife, and William Mann the Younger. The transfer was conducted on July 7th, 1857. It dictated the transfer of a portion of Lot 18 Concession 6 for a sum of fifty pounds.
