Land deed between Mary Ann Featherston and William Featherston. The front cover reads, "Dated Feb 22nd 1905 Mary Ann Featherston to William Featherston Deed of Land situate TP [abbreviated Township] of Goulbourn Sold by Joseph Doust, Law Stationer, 58 Adelaide Street E., Toronto". The reverse reads, "I certify that the within instrument is duly entered and registered in the registry office for the county of Carleton in Book 15 for the Municipality of Goulbourn at 1 o'clock and 55 minutes P.M. of the 25 day of February A.D. 1905 No 5328 P.J. Coffey, Registrar C.C."
