This object is a framed enclosure containing four separate photographic print collages. The frame is black in colour with a protective glass layer. The mat is blue/purple in colour. The back of the enclosure is covered by a tan paper. There are two anchor points in the back of the frame on either side located about two thirds up the frame. A wire for hanging spans across the anchor points. There are clear soft polymer spacers on the bottom corners of the back. There is a blue and white sticker at the back top center. There is a red stamp rendered in ink at the back bottom center.
The front of the enclosure features four equal sized photographic collages laid out in a rectangle. All four collages are surrounded by a white rectangular border on the mat, and there is mat between each collage. Each individual collage also features individual colored borders in this sequence from exterior to interior: Gold, White, Blue, Purple.
The collage on the front at top left has a purple/white background featuring images of persons. The word "Goulbourn" with a stylized G is at top right. There are four photos of persons depicted in gold oval frames. A white box with blue text is below each photo. From left to to right these read "Mayor Anton Wytenburg 1982-1991" "Mayor Betty Hill 1974-1982" "Mayor Paul Bradley 1991-1997" "Mayor Janet Stavinga 1997-2000"
The collage on the front at top right has a black background and a number of image series. At the center with a purple border blue text on a white background reads "Celebration of Goulbourn December 14, 2000" the G is stylized. There are a total of 25 photos depicted in this collage with borders of purple, teal, magenta, orange, and yellow.
The collage on the front at the bottom left has a purple/white background depicting what appears to be frost or snowflakes. Blue text at the top center reads Goulbourn Final Council Meeting and Celebration of Goulbourn December 14, 2000". There are 8 photos in this collage. The photos do not have borders but are gradient faded.
