The mat paper forms a window and is a red/brown colour with the interior edge of the window trimmed in gold colouring. The back of the enclosure features a brown backing paper. There are two anchor points in the back of the frame on either side located about two thirds up the frame. A wire for hanging spans across the anchor points.
