This item is a rectangular grey wooden framed color photograph with 2 mat boards in a light grey and darker shade of grey. At the bottom edge of the mat board is a rectangular silver name plate with cursive font on it of the individuals names and the year in black bold font reading 1997-2000. The photograph has five individuals sitting at a wooden desk with blue name plates in front of each. Sitting from left to right are the following; Mike Bryan Concillor of Ward 1 Stittsville, Dwane Barkley Councillor of Ward 4 Richmond, Mayor Janet Stavinga, Steven Lewis Councillor of Ward 3 Rural, and Louise Beggs Councillor of Ward 2 Stittsville. Behind the councillors, on the wall is a hanging gold framed image of Queen Elizabeth. The reversed side of the frame has brown paper being held to the frame via strips of tape in the top two corners, and the top and right sides. Residue of past pieces of tape can be seen on both the edge of the frame and the brown paper. At the top edge is a piece of tape with the number ten written in black ink. On the sides of the frame are screws that hold a thin metal wire horizontally. On the bottom corners are small plastic buffers to protect the frame or the wall of this object being hung on a surface.Context
