This item is a horizontal, rectangular brown wooden photograph frame with a coloured photograph of the Mayor of Goulbourn Township during the years 1991-1997. Mayor Bradley is sitting at a large desk holding a white pen in his right hand with a booklet under his hand. Behind on the wall is a framed painting of a barn. Along the bottom edge, in the center of the frame, is a metal name plate with the year length and name of the Mayor etched along the surface. A blue symbolic letter G, representing Goulbourn Township is on the left side of the name plate. In the bottom corner, in gold coloured ink, is the signature "looney, 92. Ottawa". On the reversed side of the frame, is brown paper backing. Horizontally across the back are screws which hold a thin metal wire meant for hanging the frame. In the bottom corners of the item are clear buffers that protect the item or the surface it is hung on from damage.Context
