This item is a rectangular brown/bronze coloured photograph frame which contains one colour photograph of the Mayor of Goulbourn Township during the years 1974-1982. Mayor Hill is sitting at a large dark brown desk with a pen in her right hand and a document under her hands. At the bottom edge of the photograph is a metal name plate with the large blue letter G insignia representing Goulbourn Township. Next to this, etched, is the name Mayor Betty Hill and the term 1974 to 1982. In the bottom right corner of the photograph is a gold coloured signature, Toomey Ottawa. The reversed side of the frame is covered in brown paper. On the sides of the frame are screws that hold a piece of metal wire used for hanging the frame. In the bottom corners have plastic buffers.Context
