This item is a rectangular brown/bronze coloured photograph frame containing one colour photograph of a Goulbourn Township Mayor during the term 1997-2000. Mayor Stavinga is sitting at a large dark brown desk with her hands clasped together while resting over some documents. Behind her against the orange coloured wall is a computer monitor and next to it a green plant. Along the bottom of the photograph is a metal name plate with a capital blue letter G insignia representing Goulbourn Township. Next to this, engraved in the plate is the name Mayor Janet Stavinga and the term length 1997-2000. On the reversed side of the frame is a brown paper backing. On both sides of the frame are screws that hold the thin metal wire used to hang the frame. At the bottom corners of the item are plastic buffers.Context
