Description

Black and white photograph of a young man identified as either Roy McCooeye or his brother Percy McCooeye. The man is standing on the left side of the image with trees pictured in the background. He is dressed in a long sleeve button up shirt, a sash tied around his waist, a bow tie, and a Stittsville Orange Young Britons uniform cap. The man is presumed to be participating in Orange Order celebrations on the 12th of July, 1957. The date "July 1957" is handwritten in blue ink on the reverse of the image along with a black ink stamp that reads "774E." The photographic paper appears to have a Kodak company watermark on the reverse.
