Description

One iron broadaxe head without original handle. The broadaxe is characterized by a wide head, this example extends a total of 33.3cm in length. The broadaxe head is slightly oblong shaped with one sharpened cutting edge along the length. The eye of the broadaxe where the handle was once inserted is opposite the cutting edge. The reverse of the head is flat whereas the face has raised detail.
