The artefact is a pamphlet copy of a Deed of Land between FJ Featherston and WJ Sample from 1920. The front of the document reads, "Dated November 2nd 1920. FJ Featherston et ux to WJ Sample. Deed of Land. James Hope & Sons, limited printers, Ottawa." The reverse reads, "I certify that the within instrument is duly entered and registered in the registry division of the county of Carleton in Book 18 for the Municipality of Goulbourn at 12:35 o'clock P.M. of the 3rd day of November A.D. 1920 No 5328 L.V. Flanagan, acting Registrar".
