Powder flask made of leather starting with a wide, circular bottom and tapering inwards towards the top which consists of a metal mechanism with three notches and one hinged divider

Context

Powder flasks were used to store gunpowder and allow a means to access the powder without spilling it. They were often made out of leather or animal horn.
