Description

This object is a land deed transfer between Ezekiel Cole and Jackson Stitt. It concerns a parcel of land designated "E1/2, Lot 23, Concession 11", this is visible on the front section of 001.2.32.1b which contains the title page of the document. The support is a cream colored paper. The medium is a brown handwritten ink, rendered in cursive. 001.2.32.1a contains the top edge of the document which is scalloped. The top of 001.2.32.1a features a white fabric string used to bind the pages together. The bottom of 001.2.32.1a is ragged and torn. The top of 001.2.32.1b is ragged and torn where it detached from the bottom of 001.2.32.1a.
