Description
Artefact is a folded paper copy of an indenture between Thomas Featherston and Mary Ann Featherston. The front of the document reads, "24 July 1895 Thomas H. Featherston to Mary Ann Featherston release Christopher Lewis". The reverse reads, "I certify that the within instrument is duly entered and registered in the registry office for the county of Carleton in Book 12 for the Township of Goulbourn at 3 o'clock and 40 minutes P.M. of the 24 day of July A.D. 1895 No 3829 P.J. Coffey, Registrar C.C."
