The reverse reads "I certify that the within instrument is duly entered and registered in the registry office for the county of Carleton in book 14 for the municipality of Goulbourn at 12 o'clock and 45 minutes P.M of the 12 day of August A.D. 1905 NO 4971 P.J. Coffey Registrar C.C."
