Text on the reverse reads, "I certify that the within instrument is duly entered and registered in the registry office for the count of Carleton in Book 3 Gen'l Rgr at 11 o'clock and 00 minutes A.M. of the 7 day of July A.D. 1896 No 1066 J.B. Harkin, Deputy Registrar C.C." followed by "I certify that the within instrument is duly entered and registered in the registry office for the count of Carleton in Book 12 for the Township of Goulbourn at 11 o'clock and 00 minutes A.M. of the 7 day of July A.D. 1896 No 3955 J.B. Harkin, Deputy Registrar C.C.".
