This church, one of the earliest in western Goulbourn, was built by its first congregation in 1844-5 from stone hauled from the nearby Jock River. It served as the Ashton Parish Church until it was replaced in 1915 by the neighbouring Christ Church Anglican. It served as a social centre and later as a morgue and was restored in the 1980s.Photograph Details
