Description
The artifact is a copy of a Quit Claim Deed between Francis J. Featherston and Mary A. Featherston. The front cover reads, "Dated February 22nd, 1905. Francis J. Featherston to Mary A. Featherston. Quit Claim Deed. Sold by Joseph Doust, Law Stationer, 58 Adelaide Street East, Toronto". The reverse reads, "I certify that the within instrument is duly entered and registered in the registry office for the county of Carleton in book 15 for the municipality of Goulbourn at 1 o'clock and 35 minutes P.M. of the 25th day of February A.D. 1905 Number 5324 P.J. Coffey Registrar C.C."
