2015.1.1.1- One soft cover year book entitled, "Stittsville - Goulbourn Horticultural Society 24th Year." The book is bound in a white coloured soft cardstock cover, which has a title, year and floral image printed on the front in blue coloured ink. On the reverse in blue coloured ink are three corporate advertisements. The book is bound along the spine with two metal staples. The book is composed of 20 numbered pages, made of white coloured paper, printed with black coloured ink and images that appear to be hand drawn. Contents include a message from the President of the Stittsville - Goulbourn Horticultural Society, a program for the 1986 year, information about flower shows, rules for shows, the junior gardeners program, photographic competition and the 1986 Stittsville - Goulbourn Horticultural Society executive.
2015.1.1.2- One green paper Stittsville - Goulbourn Horticultural Society program for the year 1996. On the front there is a list of Stittsville - Goulbourn Horticultural Society events for the year 1996. On the reverse is an advertisement to join the Stittsville - Goulbourn Horticultural Society along with their contact information.
2015.1.1.3a,b- One newspaper clipping from the Signal dated 1998 with the headline, "Astronomer gathers scientific data." The article was written by Anna Marie Young, of the Signal and has been removed from the original newspaper in two parts. 2015.1.1.3b includes a photograph of astronomer Paul Boltwood with his homemade telescope.Context
