Context

Everett Huckins Colwell started Lobster Shanty at Summer Harbor on June 22, 1940. Sold first lobsters 4 1/2 lbs. Boiled for $1.13. Started wharf at Summer Harbor May 17, 1938. The first year started the business we had 13 days of fog. Very discouraging.
