By the mid-1950's ten cottages were constructed north of the main building. Each cottage had 4 bedrooms and a parlor for each half. These cottages overlooked the man-made lagoon, with the cascades and main building visible in the distance; they were within easy walking distance to the pool, beach, tennis courts and fishing pier. Two cottages were taken down for the construction of the N. Bayhouse and Marina Building. The remaining eight cottages were removed in 1999 to make way for the new Grand Feature Pool, which opened in the summer of 2001.Create Date
