Horse power was combined with a Keystone Skimmer steam shovel brought down from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Photograph included in album documenting the construction of the Citizens National Bank on the northwest corner of High and Washington Streets in Waynesburg, Greene County, Pennsylvania.
