The armory on the west side of Washington Street can be seen in the background. A Keystone Skimmer steam shovel brought down from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, sits in the alley before the Armory. Photograph included in album documenting the construction of the Citizens National Bank on the northwest corner of High and Washington Streets in Waynesburg, Greene County, Pennsylvania.
