Dated 2 July 1923. Buildings being torn down to make room for Citizens National Bank. Horsepower was combined with a Keystone Skimmer steam shovel brought down from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Photograph included in album documenting the construction of the Citizens National Bank on the northwest corner of High and Washington Streets in Waynesburg, Greene County, Pennsylvania.
