Description

Thomas Riley Huffman built this house for his family on Wayne Street in Waynesburg, Greene County, Pennsylvania. Ownership passed to Henry Clay Sayers Jr. [1872-1945] and his wife, Frances Lillian (Scott) Sayers [1873-1949] who lived in the house from roughly 1925 to 1949. The house was last owned by Waynesburg College, during which time it served the Delta Fraternity. Around 1960, the structure was demolished by Waynesburg College to clear land for the gymnasium.
