The photograph was purchased in combination with identified images of Laben's son, Abel Carey Gray (item # CAND-AN007-0029), and daughter, Maria (Gray) Conklin [1863-1906] (item # CAND-AN007-0030), via eBay auction in 2022, by Candice Lynn Buchanan who owned and shared the photograph with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Archives Project in 2022.
