The Ella Ruth (Bowler) Turner Collection was passed from Henry Bowler [1882-1947] and his wife, Laura Willison [1884-1968], to their daughter, Ella Ruth (Bowler) Turner [1906-1996], and her husband, James E. Turner [1907-1978], to their daughter, Ramona Kay (Turner) Fernandes, who owned and shared the collection with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Archives Project in 2008.
