Real-photo postcard of May Bonner.
Handwritten inscription reads, "May 6, 1918. / From May Bonner, Brawley Cal., Gen Del. / To John Supler. / John please excuse this awful looking picture. I am ashamed for any one to see it, so don't you show it to your cousin or any one. There are spots on my face and hands here on this picture like I had just had the smallpox but I haven't. I will have some better and larger ones taken soon and send you one. Please hurry and send me another one of your pictures. With lots of love. / Yours forever, May Bonner."
