Believed to be Carl Edward Spragg [1903-1985] - son of Charles Caleb Spragg and Esther Thompson. Stored with the photograph is a note written by Audrey (Benjeski) Huffman that reads, "I think this is Carl Spragg, Freddie Spragg's older brother. Carl taught school and was supposed to have a crush on your grandmother - who was his student!"
