Parkinson; however, a photo comparison to Emma (Ragan) Pipes' 1882 Waynesburg College graduation portrait confirms her identity. Additionally, William Slater Pipes is standing very near Emma and Ragan in the photo, he was their husband and father respectively. Original, no photographer listed.

The Henry Clay Sayers Jr. Collection photographs were passed from Henry Clay Sayers Sr. [1840-1926] and his wife, Clementine Rush [1849-1930], to their son Henry Clay Sayers Jr. [1872-1945] and his wife, Frances Lillian Scott [1873-1949], to their children: Wilma (Sayers) (Milliken) Wisecarver [1899-2005], Edwin Mitchell Sayers Sr. [1900-1956], Frank Scott Sayers [1903-1989], Helen (Sayers) (Gaylord) Burnside [1905-1974] and William Henry Sayers [1909-1958]. The Sayers Collection photographs have been shared courtesy of their descendants, Mary (Gaylord) Loy, Carol (Sayers) Vockel and E.
