Family data, George and Anna (McCaslin) Keigley Family Bible (family data pages only); passed from George Keigley [1794-1879] and his wife, Anna McCaslin [1799-1885], to their son George Milton Keigley [1831-1890] and his wife, Samilda Jane Rose [1845-1921], to their son Homer Lawrence Keigley [1871-1939] and his wife, Sarah Pearle Cook [1882-1963], to their daughter Edna Ruth (Keigley) Mitchell [1911-2002] and her husband, Carl Mitchell, to their daughter Ruth Ann (Mitchell) Goodwin [1911-2008] who shared the original family data pages with Keigley relatives for genealogy research. In 2013, a copy of the original pages including Ruth Ann (Mitchell) Goodwin's handwritten notations was shared by Keigley researchers Bob Haver and Sam George with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Archives Project. The actual marriage date, as recorded in sequence, in Rev. Luther Axtell's marriage ledger shows the wedding date as 11 December 1851. It is possible the Bible entries were rewritten from an earlier record and an error was made; however, it is difficult to tell because we do not have the Bible's title page. Keigley of Washington / township to Miss Leah Beabout of Morris / township Greene county Pa."
