The David Lawrence Buchanan Collection was passed from Philip Swart Buchanan [1851-1927] and his wife, Jennie A. Lewis [1861-1942], to their son John Slayter Buchanan [1897-1973] and his wife, Mary Hazel Orr [1896-1964], to their son Donald William Buchanan Sr. [1920-2007] and his wife, Margaret McCormick, to their son David Lawrence Buchanan who owned and shared the collection with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Archives Project in 2018.
