Carte-de-visite photograph of John Howard Lindsey [1860-1940] - husband of Ella Jean "Jennie" Wilson (divorced 1895), son of James Lindsey and Sarah Cathers Inghram. John is wearing his United States Naval Academy uniform. He was designated a Midshipman 24 June 1876, but resigned in 1880.

The Pauley-Thompson Album once belonged to the family of John Flenniken Pauley [1858-1929] and his wife, Margaret Virginia Thompson [1855-1937]. The album was found in a building set for demolition and was donated to the Cornerstone Genealogical Society (144 E. Greene St., PO Box 547; Waynesburg, Pennsylvania 15370). Shared with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Archives Project in 2007.
