The house was built by the Headleys in 1906, and later owned by their daughter and son-in-law, Norval Rogers and Grace Edna (Headley) Daugherty. After the Headley-Daugherty ownership, the house was owned by the family of Judge Glenn Jacob Roy Thornton Toothman Jr. and his wife, Katherine Jane (Throckmorton) Toothman. Original, candid.
