Postmarked 21 December 1910. Real-photo postcard of students at Mapletown High School in Mapletown, Monongahela Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania.
Postcard addressed to Mrs. Alice Price, Rices Landing, Pennsylvania. This is likely to be Alice (Teal) Price [1880-1971], several other images in the collection reference this family. The postcard appears to have been sent by her brother Isaac Kelley Teal, who is pictured. Handwritten message reads, "Mapletown H.S. Here we are. What do you think of us? Home Friday. Kelley."
Amanda Born shared a print of this photo as it appears in the 1962 Mapletown High School yearbook in tribute to early alumni. All students are identified and indicated to be members of the classes of 1912 and 1913.
