Vertical photograph of a room resembling an institutional boiler room. There are three large pieces of mechanical equipment on the right side of the photograph, and there is a wooden chair on the left for scale. The floor is cement, and the high ceiling has beams stretched between windows. Along the back of the room, there is a brick wall and open doorway. The photo was taken at the town of Grinnell's centennial in 1954. Possibly the DeLong factory on Broad Street.
