Pair of black leather driving gloves, size 9 1/2, with an adjustable wrist strap fastened by a snap for a snug fit. There are 8 narrow rectangular inserts on the extended wrist for extra protection and to keep the gloves in shape. They are lined with what appears to be green felt. The snap closure on the wrist strap reads "Grinnell Make" with a Capital G inside a diamond shape. The Grinnell gloves were manufactured by the Morrison Ricker Manufacturing Company in Grinnell, Iowa.Provenance
