Early photograph of the residence of J. H. McMurray, Jr. at 1125 Broad Street in Grinnell, Iowa. The house was built in 1894 as a "pattern house" using Barber pattern features. The carriage house and chimney of the H.C. Spencer house can be seen in background. It is now home to the Grinnell Historical Museum!
