Photo of Morrison Manufacturing Company (today the Old Glove Factory) in Grinnell with a line of vehicles piled with boxes and workers on 3rd Avenue near the railroad tracks. A large truck is in front, followed by smaller vehicles all loaded with goods for shipment. Workers, mostly women, are standing on the vehicles for the photo. In the background, the old water tower rises from behind the factory.
