Green bag; heavy stitching; web strap and web handle; top has 3 eyelets 1-3/16" diameter; one side of bag has black stencil "2nd Lt. John R. McCrea/O.1058600/Route 5/Shelbyville, IN"; opposite side has white stencil "John R. McCrea/lst Lt. 01058600/OM-Z135-JM/A/" the last line OM etc, crossed out with black; additonal stenciling and hand numbering on bottom of bag. Black stenciling on inside near top reads "General Shoe Corp/1944" Used by John R. McCrea 1919-1981
