Circular object; has skirt 1/2" high made from one piece of tin and soldered where ends meet; skirt is soldered to a dome shaped top which has a hole punched in its center; soldered to the dome top is an arch shaped handle which has 4 ridge lines or bands on it; over all color is green or olive drab.
