Name/Title
Blade, CacheDescription
BiFace/specimen is probably a cache blade of some type/possibly an Adena cache blade. It could be used ceremonially in burials, as a preform for a tool or as a tool itself. May also be a Middle Woodland Ovate cache blade. Color-gray with H. blue bands, possibly Attica Chert. Out of context this specimen is not diagnostic of any period. Specimen Found in Collection on a board with a note saying it was found in Shelby County and donated by M/M Harry C. Morrison.
