A postcard size ink blotter-cream color on one side with a dark blue printed picture of a church and dark blue printing, listing church, address, manes of pastor and superintendent, service times and a decorative scroll at bottom. Blue on ink side. Upper right corner has a crown and cross symbol. Used by Shelbyville Church of the Nazarene.
