Plate is a roughly made shallow dish with blue decoration; starting at edge first band of decoration is solid blue with darker crosses marked on it; next is lighter band with blue edging; following band is blue with crosshatch marks; this is followed by an Oriental scene in center of plate; the most prominent features are a bridge, two buildings, a boat, a fish and a tree. Underneath side has not been glazed in the middle.Collection
