Wood frame of 2 outside boards, 2 end boards and a board through the center; there are eight 1/4" dowel rods inserter through holes drilled into the out side and center boards; dowl rods extedn 3" on one side of the frame. Device used to hold bobbins when warping a loom; it had a blue paper tag tied to it that had "Shelby Co. Historical Society" on one side and "#16" on the otherCollection
