White net 1/2" scalloped lace along front edge; then 5 rows of 3;/8" lace, 3 rows have 1/4" ribbon woven through; Back has 3" diameter circle of scalloped lace and row of ribboned lace; across back is one row of scalloped lace and row of ribboned lace with ribbon tied at center back. Ties are 16 1/2" with row of scalloped lace at end. 8 1/2" across back
