Second man has light-colored pants and vest, long sleeve shirt, tie, vest is open, no coat, holding pencil in right hand and has eyes closed. Back of mount inscribed in red ink: "HENRY BOOHER, COUNTY TREASURER/CARL WRIGHT DEPUTY TREASURER/IN OLD COURT HOUSE". In pencil: "JAN 1928". Henry Booher was Lena Firn Booher Grover's father. Donation, 08/09/1981.
