Ration Field Office is not stamped, but book presumably was issued from Shelby County Ration Board No. 73-1, Shelbyville, Indiana. Book cover is manilla card stock, no staples, crease fold. Book front has issuance, identification, etc., back cover has instructions for use. Inside book cover contains green-tinted 4 sheets of detatchable ration stamps. Each sheet of stamps contains 48 detatchable ration stamps, numbered 1 thru 48. Appears that 2 full sheets from the front, and 1 sheet from the back of the book have been detatched. Of the remaining 4 sheets, 2 of the ration slips, numbered 1 and 2, have been used.
